Lowe Syndrome

I am a parent of a 10 year old boy with Lowe Syndrome. My son has been receiving PROMPT therapy for about 4 years now. I am so very happy with Tracey, his therapist. Phonological Disorder

My husband and I wanted to express our sincere thanks. We are so grateful that we chose PROMPT therapy for our son at your practice. At 2 1/2 Michael was saying few words and we were very concerned with his speech progression. We were recommended to your practice and never imagined Michael would have come this far in 1 1/2 years. Michael has an extensive vocabulary and can hold a conversation with almost anyone. His articulation improves weekly, which just amazes us and everyone around him. When Michael is unable to produce a sound that he had accomplished in a session, we just tell him "do it like you do at Donna's" and he masters it everytime. You couldn't ask for better results! The work you have done with Michael is priceless and for that we are eternally grateful.

Autistic Spectrum Disorder

Our 8 year-old son Aaron has a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Childhood Apraxia of Speech. While he has overcome numerous developmental issues, his lack of speech was surely the most problematic to us all. He has been tutored over these last five years by a vareity of speech–languge pathologists utilizing a variety of methods. Although we were able to see minor gains in Aaron's attempts at speaking, nothing seemed to be able tomove him beyond square one.

As good furtune would have it, we were able to make contact with Donna Lederman about a year ago. Ms. Lederman was most thorough in her explanation of PROMPT therapy, with which she was achieving significant results with her clients. Today as I write this letter, I am moved to tears when I hear the advances my son has made. Just this morning my wife put Aaron on the telephone with me and she said "Hi Daddy". We now have a strong sense that M. Lederman and her use of PROMPT therapy will help Aaron to speak. My wife and I both feel very strongly that Donna Lederman (PROMPT Instructor) has been the strongest influence in our son's development. We have to believe that so many other children could benefit as significantly as our son Aaron.
